1. Visit to Riverwalk

Visit here to see the artwork, party boats and restaurants, when you take a scenic stroll along the Chicago Riverwalk and it will see a giant deer. The winds path along the Chicago River to connect through downtown Chicago.

The riverwalk also has some yummy food restaurants and it is the best place to enjoy a boat ride on the Chicago River. Here, sitting on the benches along the riverwalk to see great views and enjoy some time outside is always free!

2. Chicago Air & Water Show

Kids always love the annual vacation  to enjoy the Chicago Air & Water Show. This spectacular free event will give you a wonderful moment as fighter jets, Blue Angels and stunt planes fly along Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. There are many antique ships floating past. The beaches are always crowded, but the kids will be the best place.

3. Art on the Mart

State-of-the-art, 30-minute light show on the side of one of Chicago’s most historic buildings is Art on the Mart that is located along the Merchandise Mart.

Nearest to the Bean has the Crown Fountain. It has two water-spewing towers featuring videos of human faces that look like they’re spitting water out of their mouths.

The water spewing is a very amusing activity for the kids. This Crown Fountain is surrounded by bench seating, so you can get a little break while your children splash around at times.
